| Spring is coming, and our Northern German Recumbent Festival. Enjoy a weekend of recumbent talk, Toxy riding … and the nice landscape between North Sea and Eastern Sea. Please add “Festival” and the place you want to stay (hotel prices vary between EUR 60.- to 75.-, bed and breakfast 35.- to 50.- per night and person, camping at our company is for free). Recumbent Fund Raising Tour
 Liegerad goes Kirchenmusik: Eine Radreise der ganz besonderen Art unternahm das Ensemble „Velocanto“. Die erfolgreiche Benefiz-Konzertreise zu Gunsten von „Brot für die Welt“ führte die Musiker und Liegeradler um Kirchenmusikdirektor Manuel Gera vom 17. bis 23. Mai 2009 über 450 Kilometer und 12 Konzerte vom Hamburger Michel quer durch Niedersachsen bis zum Abschluß auf dem Evangelischen Kirchentag in Bremen. Stationen waren dabei u.a. die Michaelis-Kirchen in Lüneburg, Wolfsburg und Hildesheim. Zum abschließenden Auftritt in Bremen überraschte das radelnde Ensemble die Zuschauer und Offiziellen neben einem Trompetensolo aus dem Velomobil mit einer Spende in Höhe von 10.400 Euro zugunsten eines Regenwald-Projektes im Kongo. |
